It would be nice to have Replies and/or Threads like you see in Slack or Discord, the latter offering both. I believe this is a better UX and allows for better organization of conversations without cluttering the left sidebar with channels. @Matthew J

There should be option to connect Dropbox or our own server to save all the meeting calls.

Read statuses are a power user feature that show you when people open your emails. Some products also show an approximate sense of location, ranging from city to country, based on the IP address used to read the email. Read statuses work by using something called a tracking pixel. The email tool includes a tiny image in sent messages. When recipients open these messages, the email client will download the image in the same way that a web browser does. The image server logs these requests, and will often use an IP address to guess an approximate location. This is very similar to how Google Analytics tracks visits — both how often visitors arrive, and approximately what city or country they are from.

Users can set quarters as per their requirement in their workspace.

Every customer or vendor has their own collaboration and communication tools, if Channel can consolidate the chat/ notifications from all other work chat tools that will be beneficial, this will save a lot of effort for us to check multiple chatting tools. Some of the chat tools I think is essential (Microsoft Team, Slack, Google chat etc)

Integrate OKR with PMO tool to link tasks to OKR/KPI. OKR should like to tasks to better measure the OKR performance, otherwise, standalone OKR tool is often not utilized if the performance measurement has to be done manually (tracking the Key Results tasks completion for the relevant Objectives). Ideally wants to integrate with major PM Tool and popular tool used by ltd community (e.g. jira, niftypm, startinfinity)
